Hey guys, check out Brandon & Kristin’s sawesome sauce wedding in Yorktown! I hope you recognize them from their engagement shoot over at Fabyan Park last fall. Lemme just start off with a little black and white binge… :) then we’ll get back to the technicolor bliss.

We actually ended up returning to Fabyan park again, this time with a lot more friends!

oh, and did I mention it was raining-ish?

but that was cool, it made for fun times under umbrellas!

A couple weeks ago, I had the honor (and I really mean, honor) to shoot a fellow wedding photographers’ wedding! Megan & Sam got hitched at the Missio Dei Church in Wicker Park where Sam is a pastor. We met up for a few portraits before getting on with the ceremony… it was supposed to be rainy and “downpoury” – but instead, it was awesomely foggy, romantic, and perfect! Check it out!

Sam was waiting for megan to meet with him at the Lincoln Park Lily Garden… 

From there we walked to the back of the Peggy N. Nature Museum where there is an awesome dock that leads out into a pond

here they are giving me an array of fashion poses to work with…

um, yeah… we also did these kinds of things… and there was much joy.

we then shot over to the Missio Dei Wrigleyville campus to get group shots of bridal party…

and then off to the Wicker Park Missio Dei… such an epicly cool building.
