Ever since I moved to the United States for college when I was 18, I've never missed a Christmas back at home in Grenoble, France with my family. This time, after the holidays, Bethany and I took the high speed TGV train up to Paris for a little lover's getaway. Here are the pictures:
Even though we brought one of our Canon 5D Mark II's with us to the city, we found it was much more fun shooting with our iPhones instead. We found that our big camera was too bulky to use for street photography and so expensive-looking that it made us immediate targets for thieves, which are very common in Paris.
We edited all of these in our iPhones using a combination of Camera+, Cameramatic, CrossProcess and Instagram.
