We had an incredible time shooting this wedding.  Sammie and Nate's core values of cherishing family and having fun were infused into every part of their wedding day. They balked at the almost-rainy weather and we made the most of an awesome foggy skyline on the balcony at Trump Tower for their first look.  We then trollied through the rest of the pre-ceremony shoot with their very lively bridal party through Lincoln Park Zoo and some less-descript city grunge that was in fact not grungy at all.

Sammie and Nate's ceremony and reception at Galleria Marchetti was beautiful, heartfelt, and incredibly fun. The celebration boasted the finest elements of design, food, wine, live music, and even a surprise visit from Benny the Bull--a nod to the joy of Sammie's childhood. When it was almost over, we all snuck out for a quick night portrait shoot, which always makes me happy.
